It's all a bit depressing keep discussing how bad we are at the moment. So, changing the topic for a while, who's the worst ever English (or Scottish) international? ;) (And no cheap put-downs of our Scottish friends).
I don't mean someone who played just once, I mean someone who played a good amount of times but leaves you wondering how?
I think Emile Heskey will take some beating: 7 goals in 62 caps.
Also Stuart Downing (0 in 35) is a contender.
Any others?

Heskey wasn’t intended to score goals. He was doing another role. I don’t necessarily agree it was a good role but to be fair to him he wasn’t asked to score.

Carlton Palmer wins. Hands down.

I think there’s a list of Scottish goalkeepers.

I'm going the current Rangers manager, Graeme Murty.

Never actually played footy in Scotland yet qualified through a grandmother who actually knew where Scotland was on a map. Something tells me that he only played four times. One of them against Wales, in a 4-0 thrashing. His last against Georgia, lost 2-0.

I HATE THE SFA...
