With the EPL reporting over 40 cases this week, do we think we'll see the leagues (including League 1) suspended for a few weeks while the rate of infections is high?

I'm going to say not yet, because we haven't really had many weather-related postponements across the leagues yet this season, so if quite a few matches got postponed, it would still be practical to make up the time later in the season.
