Pub chat turned quite real selection issue: who makes your non big-six England squad?

Whatever happens long term, it seems strange if the players can't play at Euro 2021 in a couple of months times.
The ban is mainly for when they are playing in the SL. If the bans applied before they played in it, then they wouldn't be allowed to finish off the domestic and European seasons, surely? So I guess we'll find out depending on whether they're allowed to compete in those competitions.
When discussing the bans, the UEFA president said they'll discuss the Euro's as it's too early to say. But I'd be surprised, if they've been allowed to carry on playing in domestic leagues and the CL / Europa, that they wouldn't be allowed to play at Euro 2021 as they still wouldn't have played any SL games by then.
