Another incident with an England player being reported. The last one with Bairstow was nothing, contrived as something by the media.

So far we haven’t been told what Duckett is supposed to have done. Anyone know? I suspect he farted and didn’t say ‘pardon me’ afterwards.

Perhaps it’s a ‘Monty Panesar’ - the Northants lads are good at public pissing, not sure about their farting credentials.

Maybe Duckett was simply saying his own name and was just misheard! There's another England cricketer called Footitt. I've always wanted Duckett and Footitt to play in the same team and wait for the inevitable Spoonerism. Nothing like some cheap, low-brow humour!

Worth the 2.30 rising, great stand by Malan and Bairstow, followed by a classic England collapse.
Buoyed up by 2 quick wickets and now watching a master batsman at work.
Great stuff.

A Smith hundred is sort of inevitable.

Two hundred now, triple is looking inevitable.

Swine

I'm tempted to say 'enjoy watching Scotland in the football world cup' but that would be churlish and so I shan't. :P

I’m used to it mate, I just love seeing the sassenachs get so excited only to be left deflated as always when it comes to the big stage.

There's some rain forecast. Always look on the bright, but wet, side of life. :)
