I get the sentiments of d50 but no team that invited pressure by playing negative football ever does well. Its not enough to just keep the ball, you have to put forward pressure on teams and make that possession count. |

And that's the bit you ignore, delibrately (or mischievously) in your debates with other posters, a la the one in this thread. You surely realise they are despairing at the sideways-backwards style, with no ability to press that posession home? They are not complaining about Pep's superstars but about L1 cloggers taking that style and doing it badly. But you know that and just do it to wind them up, don't you? |
