To be perfectly honest with you, I'm not particularly enamoured with the Scottish international team at the minute. Mainly due to the fact that my 'Who did you used to support' team is Rangers. And anyone following the machinations of Scottish fitbaw' over the last five or six years could see why a Gers supporter couldn't give two fucks where the SFA are concerned. Couple the above with wee Gordon's post match press conference last night, where he stated that the only reason we didn't qualify was purely down to genetics. He doesn't think we're tall enough. In-fact, Gordon told everyone that statistically, Scotland are the second smallest international team, with those well known tournament bottle jobs, Spain being the only team shorter than the Jocks. Wee Gordon might be interested to know that statistically, Holland are the tallest international team. And look how well their world cup campaign went. As a parting shot, the genetically inferior Gordon thought that Scotland should "Maybe we get big women and men together and see what we can do." |

I don't think he said that was the only reason. He said it was a factor and made it harder work. We've seen it with MK Dons in the past, when we've been bullied. I do actually understand the point he was trying to make, but it was small beer compared to the shortage of good intermational players. |
