This. Although they were even worse before he arrived, and the remainder of this season was all about keeping what he’s got organised, to get some results and well away from danger of relegation.
I don’t know what he’d do if he got a run with the club, but if he does what he did at Bolton for example, he’s for evolution into different stuff, not revolution, and that won’t be quick enough for some Everton fans.
